Meet the Trainers

Ms. Ayesha Khan is a Guidance Counselor & Trainer who holds a degree in Psychology, Fashion and an MBA. With her 10 years of hands-on experience of being a trainer and academician she brings her vast experience to you in the most positive way today. She has been imparting her knowledge as a speaker on many renowned platforms as well and is currently a trainer/speaker at the Education USA in Pakistan.
She was awarded “The Best Career Counselor” Award in 2013 by United States Educational Foundation USEFP. She achieved this while working for Roots Millennium as she brought 89 university acceptances, all on scholarships ranging from 30% to 100%. This included a stunning number of 13 Ivy League acceptances, all on 100% scholarships. She has worked as a consultant in career counseling with The City School and has served in different roles in many educational institutions including as Principal at HeadStart School. Currently she is at Super Nova as a Behavioral & Career Counselor. She believes in getting to know her students one to one and not only helps them with college applications, subject selections but also acts as a life coach to them.


Mr. Asad Mahmood Awan is a renowned management consultant and
a human resource development practitioner. He has been actively
involved in training and management consultancy for the last 25 years
training more than 75,000 participants by delivering almost a 1000
workshops. Mr. Awan has designed and delivered professional training
modules for 150+ organizations during the past two decades. His
training experience includes both private and public sector. Mr. Awan is
a versatile trainer. Major areas of his specialization include, a range of
Behavioral trainings, Communication in Organizations, Motivation and
Building Positive Attitude, Creating a Culture of Customer Care and
Language trainings. Mr. Awan is CEO of ConsultUs – Management
Consultants, a rapidly growing consultancy firm. He is a member of
various professional organizations including Human Resource
Development Network, HR Forum, Marketing Association of Pakistan,
Society of Pakistan English Language Teachers.
